Staff Profiles

 Kerry, Manager started working at Cobham Community Pre-School in September 2016 having previously worked at another local pre-school and became Deputy Manager in 2019, Kerry is currently managing the setting. She is qualified in Childcare Learning and Development at Level 3. Kerry has Paediatric First Aid training and is our Designated Safeguarding Lead. 

 Rachael, Deputy Manager started working at Cobham Community Pre-School in 2005, she left in 2015 on maternity leave and returned in January 2019 after taking time off to look after her own children. She has a Level 3 Childcare Qualification, Paediatric First Aid training and is our Designated Safeguarding Lead as well as the pre-school's Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDco)

Debbie has worked at Cobham Community Pre-school for over 20 years. Debbie completed her Cache level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce qualification in January 2014. 

Debbie started working at Cobham Community Pre-school in 1997, before that she volunteered at the pre-school. Debbie has Paediatric First Aid training and is Health & Safety Officer.

Tracy started working at Cobham Community Pre-school in 2005 and completed her Level 2 Certificate in Pre-School Practice in 2006. Tracy has Paediatric First Aid training.

Ally started working at Cobham Community Pre-school in January 2022 after Ally's own son attended the Pre-school a few years ago and is currently training for her Level 3 Educator. 

Kaleigh started working at Cobham Comminity Pre-School in January 2023, she is qualified in Child Care & Education Level 3 & 4 and has Paediatric First Aid training.
