Alison Scottstarted working as the Manager of Cobham Community Pre-school in September 2015. Before that she was the Supervisor of a pre-school in Lewisham. She qualified as a Primary School Teacher in 2005 and taught in different year groups from nursery to year 5 for 8 years.
Jane Allen has been the Deputy Manager and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDco) at Cobham Community Pre-school since September 2015. Previously she worked as a Teaching Assistant in a year 1 and year 3 class where she supported three children with autism. The seven years prior to that she spent working in a village nursery as a Practitioner and the SENDco. Jane has a Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care & Education.
DebbieTheobaldhas worked at Cobham Community Pre-school for 21 years. She started as a volunteer when her own daughter attended the pre-school and was also a member of the Pre-school Committee. Debbie completed her Cache level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce qualification in January 2014.
Debbie Barnesstarted working at Cobham Community Pre-school in 1997. Before that she volunteered at the pre-school and had worked in Bexley for a mail order company. Her own three children all attended the pre-school from 1989 to 1993, now her grandson Henry attends the pre-school.
Tracy Wrenchstarted working at Cobham Community Pre-school in 2005 and completed her Level 2 Certificate in Pre-School Practice in 2006. Before that she volunteered at the pre-school and worked in Dartford for the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline. Her own 2 children attended the pre-school from 2002 to 2004.
Lauren Fordham started working at Cobham Community Pre-School in September 2016, although she previously completed a student placement here and her own daughter attended the Pre-School. Lauren completed a Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce in January 2017.
Kerry Sheppard started working at Cobham Community Pre-School in September 2016 having previously worked at another local pre-school for 8 years. She is qualified in Childcare Learning and Development at Level 3.
Claire Hargrove became the pre-school's administrator in September 2016 following three years as Chair of the pre-school's management committee. Prior to giving up her career to become a stay at home mum she spent ten years working in the senior management and marketing departments of various London concert halls. Both of Claire's children attended the pre-school from 2012 to 2016.
