Mrs Scott

Miss Allen

Alison Scott started working as the Manager of Cobham Community Pre-school in September 2015. Before that she was the Manager of a pre-school in Lewisham. She qualified as a Primary School Teacher in 2005 and taught in different year groups from nursery to year 5 for 8 years. Alison is the Designated Safeguarding Lead and has Paediatric First Aid training.

 

 

 Jane Allen has been the Deputy Manager and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDco) at Cobham Community Pre-school since September 2015. Previously she worked as a Teaching Assistant in a school where she supported children with autism. The seven years prior to that she spent working in a village nursery as a Practitioner and the SENDco. Jane has a Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care & Education. Jane is the deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and has Paediatric First Aid training.

Debbie Theobald has worked at Cobham Community Pre-school for 21 years. She started as a volunteer when her own daughter attended the pre-school and was also a member of the Pre-school Committee. Debbie completed her Cache level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young Peoples Workforce qualification in January 2014. Debbie has Paediatric First Aid training.

 

Debbie Barnes started working at Cobham Community Pre-school in 1997. Before that she volunteered at the pre-school and had worked in Bexley for a mail order company. Her own three children and her grandson all attended the preschool. Debbie has Paediatric First Aid training.

 

Mrs Wrench  Mrs Fordham

Tracy Wrench started working at Cobham Community Pre-school in 2005 and completed her Level 2 Certificate in Pre-School Practice in 2006. Before that she volunteered at the pre-school and worked in Dartford for the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline. Her own 2 children attended the pre-school from 2002 to 2004. Tracy has Paediatric First Aid training.

Lauren Fordham started working at Cobham Community Pre-School in September 2016, although she previously completed a student placement here and her own daughter attended the Pre-School. Lauren completed a Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce in January 2017. Lauren has Paediatric First Aid training. Lauren is currently on maternity leave.

Mrs Sheppard RH 

Kerry Sheppard started working at Cobham Community Pre-School in September 2016 having previously worked at another local pre-school for 8 years. She is qualified in Childcare Learning and Development at Level 3. Kerry has Paediatric First Aid training.

Rachael Harrington returned to Cobham Community Pre-School in January 2019 after taking time off to look after her own children, both of whom attended the pre-school. She has a Level 3 Childcare Qualification.
